The Cryxian port of Blackwater is a veritable cess-pool of violence, death, and those unfortunates who have been brought back due to the unholy synergy between black magic and necrotite-powered  mechanika.

Street gangs patrol the docks and avenues of the ruined city; anyone not bribing one of the stronger gangs for safe passage will surely be raided by all of them, and payment today does not ensure protection tomorrow…or even tonight.

As fearsome as the gangs are, everyone in Blackwater knows to make way for the Necrotechs and their ilk; those surgeons of mutilation follow the scent of death, and none may block their access to fresh (or less than fresh) subjects for their perverse experiments.
